We prepare students and young adults with the academic, professional, and life skills needed to succeed after high school. Through college preparation, workforce readiness, mentorship, and practical learning experiences, we help participants build confidence and create pathways to long-term success.

At The Progress XChange, we believe college readiness and workforce readiness are interconnected. Young adults benefit most when academic preparation is paired with the skills, confidence, and exposure needed to navigate today’s evolving career landscape.
Our workforce development initiatives are designed to help students and young adults build the foundation for success beyond the classroom—whether that path leads to college, credentials, apprenticeships, or direct entry into the workforce.
We are actively building relationships with regional workforce systems, including NCWorks and the Centralina Workforce Development Board, to better align our programming with local opportunity pipelines and employer needs.
